Game Selection and Testing Methodology
Every public NovarGame guide has a recorded source and a dated core-play result. Limited-interaction and launch-only records remain unpublished until stronger evidence exists.
A game guide can be useful without pretending that every title received a full playthrough. Our evidence panel records the objective, real actions, result, friction, and untested areas so players can understand exactly what was checked.
Observed
A fact we directly saw during the dated session, such as completing a level, changing a score, removing a match, or triggering a result screen.
Provider-listed
A control, device claim, description, or availability statement supplied by the named game provider and clearly treated as such.
Editorial analysis
Our interpretation of the game loop, likely decision pressure, audience fit, and useful starting approach.
1. Selection
We select a limited set of games that can receive a distinct, useful field note backed by a completed core-play action. Importing a title or thumbnail never makes a game public automatically.
2. Source record
We record the provider name and source page used for the review. Provider artwork, game code, device support, and instructions remain attributable to that provider or the relevant rights holder.
3. Gameplay session
The reviewer enters the live runtime and completes a game-specific objective such as finishing an opening level, producing a scored run, or removing multiple puzzle matches. The date, environment, active duration, input, actions, retries, outcome, and concrete observation are recorded, and an in-session screenshot is retained.
4. Claim boundaries
If we only reached the runtime, we say so. We do not claim progression, balance, late-game behavior, mobile quality, monetization behavior, or a completed playthrough unless those items were actually tested.
5. Player guidance
The editorial desk turns the available evidence and source information into game-specific controls, tips, and audience guidance. Pages are checked for unsupported claims, generic filler, misleading certainty, and internal duplication before publication.
6. Provider separation
The indexed URL is the NovarGame guide and never contains a third-party iframe. Its source button opens the attributed provider page. NovarGame does not currently expose an embedded runtime, and source attribution is never treated as proof of commercial embedding rights.
7. Updates and corrections
Games and provider pages can change. Send the exact URL and supporting detail to supportnovargame.com; we will review material factual errors, broken launches, attribution concerns, and rights requests.
8. Re-review and withdrawal
A published guide can return to review when its launch route fails, the provider changes the game, a visible claim is disputed, or a policy signal appears. During that review, the title can be removed from public listings and sitemaps instead of remaining online with stale or unsupported information. Restoring it requires the relevant launch, evidence, editorial, rights, and safety checks to pass again.
9. Publication quality control
Before deployment, automated checks compare the publication list with available editorial records, evidence images, index rules, homepage claims, game routes, and sitemaps. Those checks cannot replace human play or policy review, but they prevent a catalog import, a long description, or a template change from silently turning an unverified title into a public page.
